Welcome to Shaping Educational Excellence! We are so pleased to have guests visit our website to learn more about our commitment to improving teaching and learning in both the public and private sectors. Guided by rich experiences spanning several decades in public education, SEE team members facilitate high quality professional development sessions for aspiring and practicing paraprofessionals, teachers, administrators, and Board of Education members. SEE team members also host sessions that assist parents with navigating the challenges of child growth and development and provide consultation services that assist private sector staff members with designing engaging professional development for their target audiences. 

Equally as important, expanding networks among educators is a SEE hallmark. We invite aspiring teachers, Assistant Superintendents and Directors, Board of Education/Trustees members, Business Administrators, the Child Study Team and therapists, counselors, library media specialists, paraprofessionals, Principals and Assistant Principals, school nurses, Superintendents, Supervisors, and teachers  to subscribe to The Directory of Educators beginning in May of 2012. For a nominal, annual fee of $5.00, each subscriber will be able to search this database to contact and collaborate with job-alike colleagues. Information regarding subscriptions has been posted to the SEE website. Additionally, we encourage our guests to access our complimentary bimonthly newsletter, SEE News.
